CLIENT - person or company who purchases MEDIA from PHOTOGRAPHER

Purchase of digital license allows CLIENT to use the image for business marketing.

This license includes use on business websites, social media, print brochures, business cards, real estate or vacation rental listings. 

This license is non-transferrable.

Images may not be reproduced for purchase or otherwise used outside of the licensing description above. 

CLIENT agrees not to sell or transfer the MEDIA to any third party outside of these terms. The copyright ownership of the MEDIA remains with the PHOTOGRAPHER. CLIENT may not give away, transfer rights or use any of the MEDIA outside of these terms without consent from PHOTOGRAPHER. Payment may be required for additional usage and licensing terms. CLIENT agrees and understands that PHOTOGRAPHER may perform digital retouching of MEDIA. CLIENT is responsible for ensuring that the retouched MEDIA does not display the real estate or location in a manner that is misleading, or constitutes false advertising.

You will receive a digital file for each download you purchase. A download link will be sent to your email once you have completed your purchase.
